The Wyckoff Wave Digesting Its Recent Gains

This past week the Wyckoff Wave consolidated its recent strong gains.  Volume increased from previous weeks.

The Technometer is trading slightly below neutral.

For the week the S&P was up .96%, and the Nasdaq 1.03%.

The Wave spent the week trading sideways in a larger range then recent weeks.

The O-P has returned to trading in correlation to the Wyckoff Wave.

The Force Index continues to show relative weakness to the Wave and applying pressure to the downside.

The Technometer began the week trading slightly above neutral, and finishing the week slightly below.
 

 
The one year daily chart shows the Wyckoff Wave meeting a little resistance at the overbought line of the accelerated uptrend.
We have been looking for a correction and their are many sentiment reading at 30+ year extremes.  It feels we are in need of a breather but we can currently give no signs from our work to say it is now.
 

 
The Wyckoff Wave Growth Index (WWG) continued to trade above its most recent uptrend channel.  It has not extended its gains as of yet, and its Technometer is trading at overbought levels.  We continue to look for more sideways action here…
 

 
The bond market traded lower last week as expected.  The most recent rallies were not supported by the OP which has lead to the continuation of the downtrend.  We expect lower prices…
