Software is working for some subscribers, others not.

Developers are hard at work trying to figure out issue.  Some subscribers will have access as of now, others will see software just continuing to try and “Load”…… I have attached a chart of the Wyckoff Wave and the TLT ETF.   If anyone has a few charts they would like sent to them please let…
