We feel TLT (20 Year Treasury Bond ETF) is entering a buy zone.

We want to purchase our first unit of TLT at the market, current price $130.46.  The ETF has had lessening force on the last few pushes down in price, as shown by the blue arrows.  We are also the most oversold on the Technometer than we have been for a very long time.

 
We feel the previous zone of support on the 1-year chart will also support the price on this most recent sell off.  Prior Support was $129.50 which is within $1 of where we currently are trading.
