As you can see from attached chart, the price has made a minor new high as the Wyckoff Wave rallied the last few days. The Optimism-Pessimism has not, and the Force has lagged as well. Now we have the Technometer registering an overbought reading. We feel our risk is very small here, and wish to enter a short position.
