For Model Bond Portfolio we want to purchase December Treasury Bonds @ the market

December Treasury Bonds are currently trading in the night session at 162’03”.  We think at these levels they are attractive for purchase. For now we will use a stop at 160’16”
You can see as price has made the last two intermediate lows the force index has made higher lows.  The Technometer is also coming down to oversold territory, and anymore weakness from here and the Technometer should register clearly oversold.

 
We also purchased TLT near todays low and we will include that chart here as well.  Same indications as the above chart for the bond future.
