🔬 WyckoffSMI “Highlight of the Day” Glaukos Corp. (GKOS) March 9, 2026
Glaukos Corp. (GKOS) is today’s WyckoffSMI Highlight of the Day as the stock demonstrates a classic Wyckoff Accumulation structure leading into Phase D strength.
Wyckoff Structure
GKOS spent much of 2025 developing a broad Accumulation trading range following a climactic decline. The structure formed the typical Wyckoff sequence beginning with a Selling Climax (SC) and Automatic Rally (AR), followed by a prolonged period of testing and stabilization.
A Secondary Test (ST) developed during the summer, confirming that supply had been significantly absorbed. The stock then spent several months forming a base as demand gradually began to dominate supply.
Late in 2025 the stock produced a Spring and Test sequence, briefly undercutting support before quickly recovering back into the trading range. This action signaled that weak holders had been shaken out and that large interests were likely accumulating shares.
Sign of Strength and Jump
Following the successful Spring, GKOS produced a decisive Sign of Strength (SOS) as price rallied through resistance on expanding demand. The stock then executed a Jump Across the Creek, a key Wyckoff event that indicates a transition from Accumulation Phase C into Phase D.
This breakout confirmed that supply had been largely absorbed within the trading range.
Back-Up and Opportunity
After the Jump, GKOS produced a normal Back-Up to the Edge of the Creek (BU). During this pullback the stock found support near prior resistance, which had now turned into support. This behavior reflects the classic Wyckoff principle that former resistance becomes support once a trading range is exited.
The pullback offered a low-risk entry opportunity as demand began to reassert itself.
WyckoffSMI Outlook
With the trading range now largely behind it, GKOS appears to be entering the early stages of a potential Markup phase. Continued ability to hold above the breakout level near the $100 area would reinforce the bullish structure.
If demand continues to dominate supply, the stock could continue its advance as the market recognizes the accumulation that took place over the past year.
